Qualis Group Ltd consists of Qualis Property Solutions, Qualis Commercial, Qualis Community, Qualis Homes and Qualis Land. Qualis Group has been established by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) to ensure that the council’s objectives to create more jobs, grow the local economy, improve housing and public amenities are achieved going forward.
The websites provide information regarding the services provided by the different sectors of the Group. Included on the websites are contact forms for visitors to the website to get in touch and/or express interest in our properties or services.
Our websites are run from the UK but we recognise that users of this website may be located anywhere in the world.
You can access our websites temporarily, and we can change or remove parts of them at any time, with or without notice. At our discretion, we may notify you at your email address as supplied to us.
