By doing what we do well, we’re able to deliver even more value to residents. We’re creating new jobs, investing in health facilities and other essential infrastructure and supporting the projects and initiatives that matter to residents.

Creating jobs
We employ more than 100 people, with 40% of staff living in the Epping Forest District.
Investing in the community
We will reinvest more than £3.5m back into local health facilities, schools, green transport and natural spaces through our planning obligations.
Active community members
We’re part of the community too. We support and are actively involved in community events and initiatives that add long-term value.
Building sustainable communities
We’re focused on reducing our carbon footprint. We're making the switch to electric vehicles and will be carbon neutral by 2050.
