The construction of 10 homes at Gardenia Court, located within our Verdant Place development in Epping, is now complete, with the homes ready for our first eager residents to move into over the next few weeks.
Known as ‘practical completion’ the project milestone marks the point at which the site is handed over from the contractors on site.

Construction at Gardenia Court began just over a year ago and the homes have been completed on schedule. Built on the site of the former council depot at the southern end of Epping High Street, the new homes are giving a new lease of life to an area that has been left dormant for several years.
