At Qualis, we’re proud to invest in the future of our workforce and community. We’re delighted to celebrate the achievements of Ellie Marney and Stanley Richards, who have both successfully completed their apprenticeships with outstanding results.
- Ellie Marney achieved a Level 3 in Business Administration and is now continuing her journey with Qualis and aiming to work towards a Level 4 qualification.
- Stanley Richards completed a Level 3 in Gas Engineering and will continue to develop his career with us.
Their success reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting local talent. Since 2022, we have recruited seven apprentices across plumbing, grounds maintenance, carpentry, gas engineering, customer service and corporate services.
Our apprenticeship programme, developed in partnership with New City College, provides valuable career opportunities for people aged 16 and over. Apprentices split their time between on-the-job learning – supporting our property maintenance services for Epping Forest District residents – and dedicated training at the college.
We’re proud to play a role in helping the next generation gain the skills and experience they need to build rewarding careers.
