We’re thrilled to announce the new My Qualis portal is live! Epping Forest District Council tenants can now book non-urgent repairs any time of the day or night, with just a few clicks.
The My Qualis portal offers our tenants multiple ways to report and keep track of repairs. For customers who prefer to speak to someone, the customer service team remains available by phone, email, and webchat.
Customers said they wanted more flexibility in reporting repairs, so we listened and developed My Qualis portal which offers multiple ways to report and keep track of repairs.
Registering is easy
To report a repair on the My Qualis portal, customers will need to do the following 3 simple steps:
- Click here to go to the My Qualis registration page
- Click the New Customer Personal Signup button
- Enter the email address registered to your tenancy account
Our Customer Service team is ready to help if an email address or details need to be changed – call them on 0333 230 0464. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to book a routine repair at any time of the day, 365 days a year.

Emergency repairs
My Qualis is for routine repairs only. An emergency repair is where there is a risk to your household or danger to the structure of the property. In these circumstances, call our Customer Service team on 0333 230 0464 to report any emergency repair.
