Qualis Management continues to offer repair service to customers during new lockdown

Following the Government’s announcement of a new national lockdown, Qualis Management is committed to continuing to provide a full repair service to customers renting their homes from Epping Forest District Council. We are continuing to follow the Government guidance, which applies to construction and trade work.

Qualis Management will carry out emergency and routine repairs and works required to re-let vacant homes. Our top priority is keeping our customers and staff safe and all our staff are using the correct equipment such as face masks, gloves and wipes. Larger jobs may need to be broken down into multiple visits to limit the amount of time in homes or help ensure social distancing.

When work is being carried out within your home, customers will be asked to stay in a different room to where the repair work is being carried out and staff will not be able to accept food or drinks.

If a visit is arranged and a member of the household has symptoms or is self-isolating, customers are asked to please call 0333 230 0464 and the appointment will be rearranged, unless it is an emergency.

Resourcing materials

One of the consequences of COVID-19 is that parts and materials are difficult to source due to national supply issues. Qualis is working with its network of suppliers to increase stocks and minimise the impact on response times.

Qualis Management appreciates all the support during this difficult time and the team is working hard to continue to provide a full repair service. The situation will be kept under constant review and may be impacted by staffing levels if Covid cases in the workforce rise or if there is difficulty in sourcing materials.
