Qualis Commercial has appointed Simon Rutter as Development Director to drive forward the exciting development programme of key sites which will deliver new homes and amenities in the Epping Forest district.
Simon, a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in regeneration development and investment, has spent the majority of his career delivering projects across a broad range of commercial and residential uses, in particular a multi-site high rise residential joint venture with a value in excess of £750 million.
Simon Rutter comments, “I am really excited to be joining Qualis Commercial at the start of its journey to deliver the initial five strategic sites in Epping. I believe that local community engagement is important in the future of our towns and cities, and that as developers we must rise to this challenge in the constantly changing environment that we find ourselves.
“I am looking forward to working with the team to generate further development opportunities and engaging with stakeholders to shape the future of the district, whilst delivering a sustainable return to Epping Forest District Council.”
Qualis Commercial is the development arm of Qualis Group, with the common purpose to enhance the District through regeneration, investment and asset management to support community needs.
