Qualis secures third investment property in eight months

Qualis Living continues to grow its investment portfolio by completing its third acquisition in eight months.

Greenfields House, Westwood Business Park, Coventry is the most recent purchase, which has been let as the head office for the Camping and Caravanning Club since 2006.  It was purchased for a price of £9m at a net initial yield of 7.23% and increases the portfolio value to in excess of £30m.

As an intrinsic part of its Four -Year Business Plan, Qualis Living’s strategy is to build a high performing portfolio of investment properties across a mix of locations and asset classes. This will provide secure positive yields and allow reinvestment of funds to both Epping Forest District Council and Qualis Group as the company grows.
