Sharon Thomson has been appointed as Head of People and Culture, to support and drive forward the growth of Qualis Group.
Sharon has almost twenty years’ experience working in HR, and most recently held Head of HR roles at Balfour Beaty Group plc and Joseph Gallagher Ltd.
Sharon comments, “I am delighted to be joining the Qualis team at this exciting time. I am passionate about the difference HR can make to the commercial success of a business by finding and developing a diverse, talented and engaged workforce. People are a businesses’ greatest asset, and I am looking forward to working with the leadership team to develop the People Strategy and shape the future of the organisation.”
Qualis Group is wholly owned by Epping Forest District Council and was set up to provide the delivery of quality services, regeneration, housing ownership and management.
