Qualis Commercial has started initial soft strip works on site at the former St John’s school in Epping to make safe access to the locally listed buildings in preparation for bat surveys and to record historic features.
The internal works should involve minimal disruption and are a precursor to the demolition of other buildings expected in early summer.
