From Monday 6th June Qualis Commercial’s contractors will be diverting an existing sewer that is currently located within the Cottis Lane car park site into a new position along Cottis Lane. These works are the first stage of the Epping Town centre regeneration and allow the new multistorey car park to be built.
In order for these works to begin, our contractors will be on site for a week to set up.
The work is expected to take six weeks and will be managed at all times to ensure access is maintained to the existing car park and any disruption to pedestrians and vehicles is minimised.
