The 5th September 2022 is an exciting milestone for the town’s redevelopment plans as the first phase of works begins on delivering the multi-storey car park in Epping Town Centre. Once completed this will allow the future development of the new leisure centre at Bakers Lane and new quality residential homes at St John’s Road and Hemnall Street.
To reduce the impact on the community whilst the works are carried out, we have worked with all members of the town to create temporary car parking at St John’s Road as well as creating four accessible parking bays on the Cottis Lane site.
