To better reflect the range of services that Qualis Management carries out following the recent transfer of EFDC’s grounds maintenance service, the company has updated its name to Qualis Property Solutions.
The subtle name change has been done to ensure a strong brand presence that is reflective of the range of services that the company now undertakes as well as providing a flexibility in the external market.
Ben Johnson, Managing Director for Qualis Property Solutions comments, “Our name change co-insides with the transfer of the ground maintenance service which took place on 2nd May. Most of our customers know us as Qualis but we decided it was the right time to update our name to reflect the range of property related services we carry out. The change has had no impact on our customers and has been completed at minimal cost.”
