Following the construction of the ‘meanwhile space’ beside the new Cottis Yard car park, we are proud to provide local vendors with the chance to promote their goods and services in Epping town centre. Small business owners can apply to set up independent stalls on the temporary meanwhile space; from coffee vans to pop-up stands and carts, there’s an opportunity for everyone.
We hope that this space will provide entrepreneurs with the opportunity to grow their business by attracting trade from visitors and residents of the Epping District. Conveniently located in close vicinity to the town centre, the stalls will be in an excellent position to draw customers from footfall.
This offering also broadens the range of goods and services offered to local residents.
