Qualis Property Solutions has achieved a gold certificate (for playing fields serving communities of more than 2,500 residents) for the Roding Valley Recreation Ground from the Essex Playing Fields Association.
The Essex Playing Fields Association Best Kept Playing Fields competition was first held in 1971 and has been held annually ever since. The association is committed to the protection, preservation, and maintenance of playing fields, playgrounds, and play areas, particularly for children, young people, and the disabled.
Qualis Property Solutions, which provides maintenance services and grounds maintenance across the district, to customers renting their homes from Epping Forest District Council.
Ben Johnson, Managing Director of Qualis Property Solutions said: “We are delighted to receive this award. We are very proud of the hard work of our ground maintenance teams, and this truly is a testament to them.
“We would also like to thank all of those who are involved in the work at Roding Valley Recreation Ground, our partners, Epping Forest District Council, local volunteers and members of Loughton Town Council.”
Paul Hoy, Services Manager for Loughton Town Council added: “Recognition for this goes to many people and volunteers, but most importantly, it goes to the Qualis Properly Solutions team, without whom there would be no award.”
