All levels of the car park are open following the installation of temporary barriers around the perimeter of the car park on the upper levels.
The temporary barriers have been installed as a precaution while we investigate a suggestion that it might be possible to climb up and over the existing barriers.
Until then, as an additional safety measure, the car park is being patrolled 24 hours a day.
