Head of Communications Jennifer Fry said the page had been created to help Qualis better engage with the Epping community.
“We’ve listened to feedback and have launched our Facebook page to enable us to have two-way conversation with the local community,” she said.
“We’ll be sharing lots of news updates, together with useful information for those who rent their homes from Epping Forest District Council.”
As our Facebook page is not monitored 24/7, it cannot be used to report property maintenance and repair requests on their homes. These should be reported here or by calling our friendly team on 0333 230 0464.
