As previously shared, we are in the process of moving to a new contractor for the delivery of homes at Springwood Grove. While we are making good progress, the contractual process is taking longer than desired.
It is anticipated that the first homes at Springwood Grove will now be ready for occupation from summer 2025, which will be confirmed once the new contractor is appointed.
We are committed to ensuring that our customers are provided with all the information they need to make a fully informed decision about their purchase and continue to be in close communication with them during this time.
As part of this commitment, we have made the decision to temporarily postpone progressing to full reservations from those with properties on hold. Customers have been notified and will be contacted next month to reschedule their appointments.
While the change to a new main contractor is taking longer than desired, we have a temporary agreement in place to allow works to continue during this transition period. Over the coming weeks, the external façade works and window installation will continue.
Our marketing suite remains open and we extend a warm invitation to the community to visit and find out more about the homes available at Springwood Grove.
