A new shared working pilot between Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) and Qualis Property Solutions (QPS) is providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for residents across the district with council and housing services queries.
The pilot, which runs until the end of March, sees members of EFDC’s Customer Service team and QPS Customer Feedback team working together at the Civic Centre reception desk in Epping on Monday and Tuesday mornings, between 9am and 1pm.
This collaboration provides an excellent opportunity for residents to meet face-to-face with the team and have any queries related to Qualis and EFDC addressed in person.
‘Part of the team’
Debbie, QPS Head of Customer Experience, is enthusiastic about the partnership, highlighting the positive experience of working closely with the EFDC Customer Service team.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet customers directly and understand the wide variety of enquiries EFDC handles,” she said.
“We have always worked closely together but this opportunity has given us a chance to get to know other colleagues who have made us feel at home and part of the team at EFDC.”
EFDC Welcome Area Officer Kerry said:
“It has been interesting finding out about Qualis and their ways of working, and I have been impressed by the professionalism of my ‘Qualeagues’ Maizie, Hassan and Emilija on their various calls and meetings.”
Residents are encouraged to drop by the Civic Centre on Monday and Tuesdays before the end of March to come and meet the team.
