The high standards we uphold in our construction activities have been recognised by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS). Following a recent inspection by CCS, we are pleased to announce that the team at our Roundhills development site has achieved the highest marks across all areas of assessment.
The inspection focuses on three key areas: ‘Respect the Community,’ ‘Care for the Environment,’ and ‘Value their Workforce,’ with a score out of 15 given for each. The team achieved the highest possible score of 45/45, receiving top marks in each of the assessment criteria.
Qualis Commercial, the development arm of the council, is managing the delivery of the 28 homes at Roundhills on behalf of Epping Forest District Council (EFDC). The homes are being constructed by 3ACE Contractors (UK) Ltd, a company with a strong track record of successful delivery.
This project is part of a wider EFDC initiative to build more affordable housing across the district. EFDC will purchase the 28 family-sized homes upon completion in 2025, adding much-needed housing to its portfolio.
“All our projects are registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, reflecting the importance we place on being a responsible developer in all areas of our activity,” said Jennifer Currier, Head of Development at Qualis.
“We are extremely proud of this score and congratulate 3ACE for their effort in achieving this fantastic result.”
