The top floor of Cottis Yard car park will be closed next week for resurfacing and barrier repainting. All other levels of the car park will remain open.
When: from 8 am on 24 March 2025 to 5 pm on 28 March 2025
Access to the top level during this time will be restricted so please make sure your car is removed before work starts.
Settlement repairs and painting are to be expected with any new building. This work forms part of the original build contract and is being carried out at no additional cost to Qualis.
Please note that weather conditions may result in the work taking longer to complete. We will keep you updated if the closures are extended.
