My Qualis portal – a quicker, easier way of managing home repairs – launches next month.

From 1 April Epping Forest District Council tenants will be able to book non-urgent repairs anytime — day or night — with just a few clicks.

Customers told us they wanted more flexibility and My Qualis Portal has been designed and built in response, offering multiple ways to report and keep track of repairs.

For customers who prefer to speak to someone the customer service team remains available by phone, email, or webchat. But those who are happy to use their digital device have the freedom to log repairs online whenever it works for them from Wednesday 1 April 2026.

Registering Is Easy

When the portal goes live customers will be able to register an account using the email address already registered to their tenancy account. The Customer Service team is ready to help if an email address or details need to be changed in advance of the portal’s launch. Just call the customer service number on 0333 230 0464.
