Volunteers’ Week (1-7 June) is a great opportunity to celebrate our employees who volunteer in a host of ways.
Qualis Property Solutions employees get two days paid volunteer leave a year, or a pro rata equivalent for part-time workers. This can be taken as full days, half days, or blocks of at least one hour by an individual or team.
Volunteering activities have included, helping at the local food bank, repainting a community centre and wrapping and delivering donated Christmas gifts to families in need.

“We therefore actively encourage and support employees who wish to do voluntary work within the Epping Forest district. We recognise the positive difference that volunteers can make to our local communities, and that volunteering can provide a sense of community and purpose.”
