Strong results in asset management are being achieved across Epping Forest district by Qualis Property Solutions (QPS) Asset Management team.
Wholly-owned by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC), QPS is ensuring the council’s commercial assets are working harder for local people, businesses and communities.
With responsibility for over 400 commercial properties – from retail and industrial to offices – QPS helps keep commercial spaces attractive and accessible, encouraging new businesses while supporting long-standing tenants who continue to play an important role in the local economy.

Examples include North Weald Market signing a new 10-year licence, reinforcing its role as a valued community resource, and Regus serviced office space at the Civic Building in Epping.
As town centres evolve, QPS supports a broader and more resilient mix of uses. Vacant units are being reimagined as places for hospitality, wellbeing, services and community activity, recognising that successful high streets are about more than retail.
By encouraging the right tenant-mix and making better use of public assets, QPS is helping deliver real social value for EFDC residents – supporting local jobs, improving access to services, strengthening communities and helping town centres adapt to changing needs.
As well as asset and property management, QPS provides council services with a clear focus on delivering practical value for the district, ensuring Council-owned properties remain well managed, commercially sustainable and aligned with the needs of residents, visitors and local businesses.
