As part of the ongoing development of the new Cottis Lane Car Park, we need to close the temporary walkway behind the M & S carpark.
This closure allows the site boundary to be extended and works commence on the meanwhile and public amenity space adjacent to the car park.
The public toilets will remain in operation but will only be able to be accessed from the link between M&S, Greggs and the community gardens.
The completion of this phase of the project will result in a vibrant area with seating, play space and a table tennis table that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Please note that this walkway will be closed from 09:00 on 3 July to allow the completion of this phase of work, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period.
