Epping Forest District Council has announced changes to the Qualis Board.
Changes to the composition
Epping Forest District Councillor Tim Matthews, Portfolio Holder for Commercial and Estates said:
“I am pleased to announce the council has made some changes to the composition of the Qualis Board. These changes will support the organisation to achieve its objectives while ensuring Qualis maintains a highly experienced and efficient board membership.
This smaller Board reflects and encourages a more proactive shareholder role and aligns with the Board framework of Terra Verde Services (TVS), the council’s other wholly owned company.”
The new Qualis Board
Councillor Richard Bassett has been appointed as Chairman of the Board after serving on the Board for the last 3 years.
He will be supported by existing board members Councillor Howard Kauffman, Epping Forest District Council CEO Georgina Blakemore, Qualis Group Managing Director Sacha Jevans, and Alan Townshend, an independent non-executive.
The new Board will take effect from January 2025.
