Following many months of hard work, our first Four Year Business Plan has been published in a report to Epping Forest District Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee. This is the first step in the Shareholder’s approval process, and a significant achievement for Qualis, as it sets out the ambitious agenda for growth of the organisation over the next four years.
