Thames Water workers are currently on site at our Verdant Place development in Epping.
The team is investigating reports of issues with a mains sewer that runs through the site. The issues are not linked to our construction activity.
We have provided access to the site and remain in contact with Thames Water to provide any additional assistance requested. If work continues into this evening, we will provide a further update.
