Following the successful launch of Qualis Management at the end of September 2020, Qualis Group has appointed Ben Johnson, as Managing Director of Qualis Management.
A chartered housing professional, Ben has over 18 years of experience in the social housing sector including housing association, consultancy, contractor and non-executive roles, spending the past six years at Watford Community Housing as Group Director of Operations.
Ben Johnson comments, “I am really pleased to join Qualis Management and look forward to working with the team to develop our offer and provide an outstanding service to our customers.
“In our first three months , and with the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, we are delighted to be achieving 90% customer satisfaction and productivity has almost doubled since the transfer.”
Qualis Management is the management services company of Qualis Group Ltd, which was launched at the end of September 2020 following the transfer of the housing repairs and voids services from Epping Forest District Council to Qualis Management. It carries out day to day repairs, planned maintenance and emergency repair services for customers renting homes across the District.
Qualis Group is wholly owned by Epping Forest District Council and was set up to provide commercial focus, deliver quality services, invest, develop and manage property that will provide financial stability and good returns to the Shareholder.
