Qualis Management is proud to be supporting the 14th National Apprenticeship Week which aims to encourage everyone to consider how apprenticeships help individuals to build the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career.

Jake Evans, supervisor at Qualis Management started out as a multi-trades apprentice before moving over to a plumbing apprenticeship. Jake comments on why he chose this route. “I was really interested in the apprenticeship route as it gave me the opportunity to earn while I learn and gain a great deal of experience on the job, whilst being supported by my team.”

He has now qualified as a plumber and just been seconded to a supervisor role within the company. “It has definitely been a stepping stone and enabled me to progress my career quickly. I would highly recommend this route to anyone considering an apprenticeship.”

Louis and Bradley are also part of the Qualis Management team as multi-trade apprentices. Bradley says:  “I saw the apprentice route as a great opportunity to learn a trade. The main benefit has been earning money whilst also developing skills and working towards a qualification. I feel since the start of my apprenticeship, I have grown significantly as a person and matured in the role I have within Qualis.”

Louis comments, “I chose the apprentice route because it allows me to develop skills and create a good career path. I’ve enjoyed earning money whilst I learn, meeting new people and learning new skills, it offers me the opportunity to learn different trades.”

Ben Johnson, Managing Director of Qualis Management said, “We are proud to be providing placements in partnership with Epping Forest District Council. Qualis is committed to providing career opportunities through routes such as apprenticeships which are extremely valuable as they enable us to invest in the leaders of the future.”
