Qualis Commercial completed construction of the new Cottis Yard car park in November 2023.
The new car park replaces the former surface-level car park on the same site and also a second car park on Bakers Lane.

The completion of this project marked a significant step towards the future development of Epping town centre, paving the way for work to begin on Epping Forest District Council (EFDC)’s eagerly awaited brand new leisure centre and swimming pool on Bakers Lane.
EFDC assumed operation of the car park on 31 March 2025.
