As the population of the Epping Forest District has grown, we need more homes to meet housing need. By working with Epping Forest District Council, we’re working to address this need in a way that is sustainable. Our focus is on regeneration of brownfield sites which means building new homes on sites that have already been developed. This minimises the number of homes being built on the Green Belt and helps breathe new life into existing urban areas.

We’re not just building new homes but something just as vital – strong, vibrant communities that everyone can thrive in.

Springwood Grove, High Street, Epping
Our first development, located in the heart of Epping town centre, comprises 45 new homes, thoughtfully designed around tranquil, landscaped gardens. This brownfield site was home to the former Condor building and the development name reflects the collection of trees (existing and new) on the site as well as the natural pond and surrounding habitat, a key feature of its biodiversity strategy. Launching in spring 2024, our first buyers are anticipated to be into their new homes before the end of 2024.

This new development of 184 new homes is located another Epping brownfield site. The development name is inspired by the greenery and rich vegetation of the site location, as well as the surrounding countryside and nearby Epping Forest. Launching in 2024, the first homeowners are anticipated into their new homes in 2025.
