New industrial units set to regenerate the area, create new jobs and boost the economy

We’re playing a key role in the regeneration of Brooker Road Industrial Estate in Waltham Abbey, with construction of four new sustainable industrial units now underway on Cartersfield Road .

The units, known as Waltham Connect, will be owned and let by Qualis Commercial, with the first units set for completion from mid-2024. With the site located in close proximity to the M25, M11 and A10, demand for the units is anticipated to be high.

Adding to the appeal are the environmental credentials of the lightweight frame units which are set to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC A+ certification. BREEAM is used to specify and measure the sustainability performance of buildings, ensuring that projects meet sustainability goals and continue to perform sustainably over time.

Following demolition of the existing units on site, which had fallen into disrepair, we began construction of four new sustainable industrial units in November 2023.

The redevelopment will revitalise the area, deliver more local jobs and support economic growth.
