Qualis Commercial is our development company. It delivers much needed new homes, businesses and infrastructure within the District, as well as managing the Council’s commercial portfolio of properties.
The homes built by Qualis Commercial are sold under our Qualis Homes Ltd brand name.
Qualis Property Solutions Ltd provides high quality repairs and maintenance services to the Council’s 6,500 homes and communal spaces.
Qualis Property Solutions is responsible for delivering grounds maintenance services to Epping Forest District Council.
